I think I prefer the 6L6 versions of these amps, and the 50-watter to the 100-watter. Which is odd for me, because I usually don't like 50-watt amps!

Good score though. Let us know what you think about the snipped blue channel.

Oh yes. It definitely helped at band volume for sure. I have to agree with the folks that say it opens it up and makes that channel less boxy and focused.
