I turned 60 today. When I was a teenager I was indestructible, now all of a sudden I feel fragile, what the hell just happened?

60 seems to be the new 40 these days, I’m really stunned with a lot of the people I find out are older than 50. I just think back to the 80’s and 90’s and people who were 55-65 did not look like they do today.
