I usually have a bottle of Sriracha or
El Yucateco on hand, but will occasionally pick up something with habanero for a little more heat.

Well I was at the grocer today and I was able to find Red El Yucateco so I bought it and will give it a spin tonight ;~(( I will keep looking elsewhere, but I guess for now, in the words of @Warmart (aka Walmart's Military Supply Division - formerly known as Blackwater) I am in the "wimpy bitches" category . . . for now (but not by choice)!

I'd like to try both of those Flatiron pepper combos, but I saw nothing even close to that where I was shopping today! Thanks for the suggestions peeps, I will keep lookin'!!

Heh! I had been drinking (shocker) and was being playful, solely because I don't remember ever trying the red in at least the past 10 years.

My wife is red, I'm gassing for a red guitar and I fully endorse you getting red El Yuc!

I like this stuff too. It isn't super hot but I use it in things to add a little spice. I use it in my Asian pepper steak marinade.
