That being said, I usually only prevent people from participating if they are an alt account of someone who was already kicked out.
I don't ever take such actions myself otherwise.
As I said in previous comment, I usually let those people show themselves up first and then take action, and normally by committee, unless it's just blatantly necessary at the time.

I'm not mad at all. I'm in a smaller more tolerant group and it's as much as I'd want to deal with. Let alone that of all options, FB is by far the worst discussion platform there ever was because Mr. Zuckerberg apparently can't afford to employ a single decent programmer. And it's even getting worse and worse.
