Helix: Any way to make the aux input as loud and same impedance as Guitar input?

For some reason, even with my wireless, the aux input makes the cleans a LOT quieter than the Guitar input does. My guitar input is set with pad off and Guitar in-Z at 1M ohm

Yes. It's meant for guitars with incredibly loud pickups. Or line-level sources. It was a design decision made before I became PO.

As loud, yes, with a gain or EQ block after the input. Impedance is fixed to 10kohms IIRC

Put any buffered pedal like BOSS in-front of the Aux input for 1Meg impedance.
Note that this input does not have the super quiet input circuitry, so it will be noisy with high gain amp models.
Also, the amp models will not have accurate gain, they are accurate only with the Guitar input and with the pad not engaged.

Another reason to get the updated shure glxd I guess, it has a guitar input so you can leave it plugged into the guitar jack

I've had good results with Return 1 when Aux doesn't like the source.
