Free tone capturing software and some free community captures of pedals, and amps on website. Seems to have potential, but hadn't heard anything about it.

That pedal looks awesome, I want to try it out. Neural nets seem like they'd be a natural fit for this problem space if you consider the form of a typical amp circuit.
