Grrrr… Tone X preset uploads.

I finally got my Tone X and Tone X One registered, updated the software and purchased the Rex and Flex presets!

Great right? And yet I am still having issues transferring those to the pedal. I can import them just fine in to the Tone X software and it loads a pretty picture.

But I’ll be dammed if I can’t figure out how to get them on the dang pedals to listen to them. Frustrating and it probably doesn’t help that I worked a lot of extra hours this week and am currently “decompressing” and have a buzz. But there ought to be a huge sync or load button that completes this. Just dumping my frustration. I’ll likely figure it out tomorrow… sorry guys.

I guess I’m in dumbass mode right now. LOL.

A stupid question, my friend. Are you saving it as a preset or just trying to transfer the capture directly into your Tonex pedal? You have to save it as a preset before you can use it in the pedal. You move the preset from the software into the pedal via the librarian page.

I am sure that you already know that, but I just wanted to check and make sure.

Mount the hardware via Is USB, edit the tone model how you like, switch to the Librarian tab, drag to the hardware.

It's brain dead software, but it works.
