Graph Tech introduces new nut for Floyd Rose bridges

Speaking of taking the piss, why do they call it taking a dump? Answer within:

Yep - there it is. "Conclusive proof" that yours broke on you. :farley

Looks healthy to me. Even if it did break on you, the overwhelmingly positive reviews on Amazon squash that bug.

You simply don't understand how things work when you make bold claims.

"Extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence."

There can be no doubt you are, as they say, "taking the piss" with that picture here.
You really are a joke. I am a tech of 35 years. This is a £10 pos.

Color me unimpressed.

You being a tech of 35 years has zero bearing on the quality (or lack thereof) of the HexHider or any tool for that matter; it's either a piece of shit or it isn't; all by itself. And the Amazon reviews prove it isn't, no matter how much you stomp your feet and scream.

The joke is you thinking you have a solid argument with the complete lack of proof you have provided while falling on the old "oh I'm a tech of 35 years bla bla bla" and the tired "don't you understand English?" schtick. You have proven exactly Jack and Shit (and Jack left town).

I mean, get fucking real. :clint

The reviews are worthless because it breaks after people have typically written them. The idea is good but badly executed. If you like it good luck.
but it’s a £10 plastic hex wrench with less leverage than a 50p one. They are laughing at you! I’m out .

Getting back to the unlock nut - I've been meaning to replace my German Floyd Rose R3 nut, as the high E string slot developed a bit of a groove in the slot leading to slightly muted/sitar-y sound.

I gave the unlock nut a chance and it just worked - dropped in place, and I just added a touch of Elmer's glue, height was already good. Width wise, it was slightly narrower but not by much.

Even with the V-like headstock, tuning is stable. Also you can easily sand that upper right corner to avoid that pointy edge that sometimes get you on fast movement to the lower frets (which was another issue with the Floyd locking nut).

I love that goddamn headstock, and the nut looks so badass on there. Congratulations on a success! Please try some extreme abuse and let us know how it holds up.

+1 for the Unlock nut

Placed it on a Ibanez RGA with an Edge Pro trem. It's blocked anyway and the locking nut had deep "ruts". Had to sand it down a bit, but now it's super stable together with some Harley Benton Locking Tuners.
