Friedman Jose Arredondo Signature Amplifier

I still think Friedman himself is a bit of a twat, but I’ve partially mostly forgiven/forgot my personal beef with him and moved past my boycott. Not that he has anything I’d actually buy for the most part regardless. I did recently have the BE-OD and it was neat but still got moved on

Guitar amps are R/C circuits originating from Westinghouse / RCA / Maroni and others. That technology is 130+ years old.
"Who shot John" is irrelevant.
Michael Soldano gets easily butt-hurt i will say. Thats ego.
Randall Smith started building HAMM radios from scratch and learned from a guy who built Submarine Technology in his garage for US NAVY.
Smith is also credited [tho some wont admit] the first cascaded preamp & master volume on guitar amps [10 yrs before anyone else] and probably first FX loops.
My money is on the HAMM guy and Dudley Craven.
Jose Arrendondo built customers amps to their spec's & requests. So does Dave Friedman he did for me anyway.
I have been offered some nice deals for my amp but it always comes full circle to its exactly what ive always wanted. No thanks.

I had heard hints of this all throughout 2024. Looks like it is actually happening.

Probably gonna be the first Friedman I have owned in quite some time. Maybe.

What is known so far:

100 watts.
Will include all the renowned "Jose Mods"
FX Loop
$3,000 to $4,000
Ongoing production build
Limited initial run via Pre-order

Why do I have to sign into YouTube to watch this? Does Dave engage his potty mouth?

I have YouTube Premium, it's 15/month. No ads on YT ever and full access to YouTube Music, which is my favorite music streaming service. Well worth it.

That's strange, I downloaded a couple of ad blockers for free and get literally the exact same result.

Don't give money to Google.

Yeah I'm sure the adblockers companies do this out of the goodness of their hearts and don't cash out on your personal data at all.

You're seriously arguing that giving Google $15 per month just to avoid ads on a single site and getting flooded with them everywhere else anyway is better? The ads on all those other sites, plus Google themselves, already track all your usage data AND the wrong ads can even install malware on your computer. Without an ad blocker, almost the entire web is an unusable firehose of memory hog, browser crashing advertisement trash.

Might want to re-calibrate your risk/reward system, friend.

I just did an "ad blocker" scan-surf. It makes your system corruptable, most are owned by nafarious malware and the "free" ones cost money.
Sounds like a great way to lose all your files and have to buy a new computer.
