If priced right and it delivers in sound quality it could be a PS170/BAM200 killer! Both of these products have my attention.
I don’t think this is going to be priced anywhere near those devices tbh.
What’s the over/under? $1,000?

The Pete quote refers to the IR-Load, not the pedal. :)If priced right and it delivers in sound quality it could be a PS170/BAM200 killer! Both of these products have my attention.

For the Friedman, well over, for the Wampler, well under. (My guesses)

With Dave and Pete signing off on this I'd expect it to be a whole lot better than PS170/BAM's, anything else would be a huge bummer!Very curious on the price of this. For once I’m being skeptical out of the gate, but due to my experience with the PS170 or BAM200, I’m not expecting much from this. If it’s the same old Class D with new shit in front of it….meh.
Good class D is fantastic![]()
Class D?! Knee jerk reaction, but I will try and be positive.

That is what I have heard, that it has come a long way. Any good examples? I know my needs are a bit niche, needing stereo.Good class D is fantastic

How many times have we heard things like this with solid state stirile poweramps...From Pete Thorn:
"The new power amp design combines the best things class D has to offer (light weight, size, high power) with a completely unique digitally controlled analog design that really sounds, punches and feels much like a transparent tube amp"
Considering the source there's a fair chance this is better. How many times have we heard things like this with solid state stirile poweramps...
