The anticipated situation of no room sound never ended up happening. My bass player wants to do more daw file sharing song writing stuff, so I've started dabbling using it for that purpose. And sometimes hop in on some oddball FX in there while I eagerly wait for the HX One to drop

I sat down in my studio to work on some drum tracks last night while waiting for the infamous Nacho to come drop his cat off so he could go on a road trip. I just ended up getting calls from him and our other buddy, both trying to convince me that the other guy is legally insane and needs to be checked into a hospital. Because they’ve both been doing a pile of drugs for the last week and don’t realize they’re just talking in circles.

Hahahah yeah, but it’s also part of his charm. Dude was doing good for a few weeks, just need our buddy to go back to Oregon where he moved to get away from South Florida’s party scene and Nacho. Those two can be sober for 6 months but you put them in the same room and it’s Scarface time.
