One of my favorite lead sounds is Deluxe Verb Vibrato. Drive = 10, Bass = 0, Treble = 10. Same idea. For his sole amp block demo, Leo chooses the Vibrolux and then whacks the gain up to 10.

Hahah for those not in the know though He’s not wrong. Just don’t go telling everyone.
I live in London. Fucking shit hole of a city. Every time I leave it, a little piece of my soul is restored, and I want to come back less and less.Hahah for those not in the know though He’s not wrong. Just don’t go telling everyone.
@2112 has done videos on it. IIRC one of those 6’s is actually like Bass on 2 and Mids on 3 (2*3=6). Then it’s Vol and Treb on 6.
After watching the video I'm still wondering what he means with "something missing on top".
Is it sound, or features?
Right now, I use the VP4 in the loop of my MKVII head.
I use it for delays, clean boost, noise gate + modulation, as well as controlling my VII via midi and presets/scenes (switching the channels, turning reverb and/or FX loop, GEQ on/off, it's awesome).
Would there be any disadvantage to using the AM4 in this role?
(besides not having all the effects)
Thanks.
