Looks like yes to envelope and pitch follower sources for modifiers, but no to pitch fx.

For a pedalboard setup this looks pretty badass. Put all your mono pedals up front, then hit the amp blocks + 3 reverb/delay/mod blocks for all the FAS stereo post fx. That’s 12 post fx channels and whatever else you have via the loop. The ability to go straight to your interface via SPDIF makes it pretty awesome for a direct recording rig.

Yep! Globally or per-preset. See pages 18 and 19 of the manual for an AM4 > power amp type setup with cab sim bypassed.
