So why do the AM4 and VP4 not have a block library on the unit again? I would love to be able to recall my favorite settings for blocks on unit.
The Block library is definitely one of the best features of Fractal.Just got done cleaning my AXE-FX 3 and FM9 block library files and getting rid of duplicates and stuff. I have 1,238
And I have 235 for AM4 / VP4![]()
Unless they literally don't have enough memory, then this gen plz. Add a page to the left of the type/model page with user blocks. No idea. I do hope they allow this in the next gen though.
None of the Fractal units have it on unit, do they?So why do the AM4 and VP4 not have a block library on the unit again? I would love to be able to recall my favorite settings for blocks on unit.
Nope, and it would be a huge usability improvement!None of the Fractal units have it on unit, do they?
Yep. They are methodical about which blocks are in which unit to make each unit have its own merits. The thing everything in this sector dodges, no matter what brand; is giving you the "full enchilada" in the small package. If you made the AM4 the shrunken FM9; you'd still have to charge around the same amount as the full size for it. And you'd be removing your entry level/gateway drug option.
It’s kind of against convention, but I adore a space echo into the front of a slightly to moderately crunchy amp where you can roll down the dirt with the guitar volume. If I’m using a 1959, there’s a 90% chance it’s paired with a space echo up front. It’s not always on, but it’s almost its own instrument when it is.yeah I just tried cleans with it - just defaults - its kind a neat sound actually - but yeah I don't see it with heavy riffs
