I was saying that i misjudged the band. I kinda gave up on them. I just didn’t like Mindcrime. But this thread proved that i was wrong about them because Promised Land was a 90s standout.

Here's my Queensryche take ...geoff tate is a douch, and has always kept me from liking the band.

Saw them when they toured with Metallica on the AJFA tour. I liked the drummers hard ware.....and the guitarist....but apparently the crowd wanted Metallica more.

Yeah, when i met him he wouldn’t talk. I let it slide thinking he was saving his voice. He seemed frightened every time anyone said anything to him, like he jumped. He wouldn’t shake hands he just held out his hand for you to put your ephemera into it for him to sign.

Now Scott Rockenfield? He had no idea he was even there.

Chris and Michael were chatty and friendly. We talked about my 1972 Marshall. Chris seemed genuinely interested in what was happening in my life.
