Favourite Pedal buys of 2025 ?

@dronerstone
Yep, the Eisenhower sounds very similar to the Wringer! Love it so far. Definitely a keeper, this scratches the octave itch nicely.
I also love how it responds to my bass cut pot on my guitar. On minimum it gets that thin and classic gatey, octave thing going. The pedal's tone controls are fairly versatile too. Gonna have fun with this one. :pickle

Nice to hear that you're digging it! Enjoy the havoc! 🤟🔥

So, a month after my last post, got a new fave, NUX 6ixty five! Also got Mosky LM741 and PogoLab OD. All good but LOVE the 65!

Pardon my mess, board in progress….

I'm probably not buying any more pedals this years so I guess my favorite would be....

The Fractal Audio VP4. Great multifx.

This year I've bought 4 "practical/quality of life" pedals used to tweak little things in my live rig and 2 effects.

I can't decide wich is my favourite but I know which one will be replaced.

Quality of life pedals

MXR/CAE line driver:
makes me louder with no coloration whatsoever, it's placed in the FX loop.

Fulltone OCD: an all time favorite of mine, used with gain at 0 just to add some excitement to the clean sound.

Empress Effects ParaEq: placed in the FX loop, EQ side is always on And used to tweak the overall tone. Boost side is used as a secondary, less pronounced, volume boost. Great pedal!

JHS Mute Switch: placed in the FX loop first in line. I use it to, well...mute! my rig because muting into the FX loop makes things completely silent. The TC tuner is now always on.

Effect pedals

JHS Harmonic Trem
: underwhelming pedal. It's ok, does it's job, but will be replaced sooner or later. Has also a tendency to clip in an unplesant way.

Dunlop Echoplex Delay: I really like this one.

My board is full and I won't go for a bigger one therefore in 2026 i might buy few pedals just for fun. We'll see.

I guess it'd have to be the NOTADUMBLE.

Mostly because it was the biggest surprise, but also because I have not plugged into my amp without using it since I put it together.

It’s a excellent pedal as is the NOTADUMBLE.

- 3 Tonex Ones (third one kinda accidentally, in exchange for a controller the owner wanted to build for me but failed when I had already paid him...). I don't think there's ever been a single device that upped my live board game that much, especially at such a form factor.

- Boss GT-1000 Core. I hate it with a passion, yet, this is exactly what allowed me to slap together an ultra-compact, yet incredibly capable board. And there'd be no other doing the job in a comparable way.

- Not sure whether it actually counts as a pedal, but as it even says "expression pedal", I think it does. A Hotone Ampero Press. I love the large travel range and the toeswitch.

I feel pretty un-fancy because of those choices.

I’m going to have to add these two to my 2025 list.
Because I’ve been having so much fun with both of them since they arrived here.👍👌
