Also, the model name, SA-126 is a nod to Eddie’s birthday, January 26.I would never have guessed that was supposed to be an E
I thought maybe it was an M for Mammoth
Yup. I really am tempted with the satin green or satin black ones, especially now that someone’s actually seen a real one. Also, the model name, SA-126 is a nod to Eddie’s birthday, January 26.
One thing I've noticed, is the solos he plays on it, I would never think they come from that guitar.I've heard it is a tone machine and much more versatile than one would expect upon initial inspection.
Grohl is to Wolf as Clapton was to Ed!I think it is cool as fuck. A non-traditional guitar with some traditional inspiration.
Would love to play one.
Also, the Wolfie fascination with being Dave Grohl knows no end, does it??
IMO, Wolfgang’s Grohl-isms are more in the songwriting realm than chops.Grohl is to Wolf as Clapton was to Ed!
That's fair.IMO, Wolfgang’s Grohl-isms are more in the songwriting realm than chops.
Not a super skinny shredder wizard neck. Closer to Fender "Modern C-ish" thin, but with an asymmetric back profile. LIttle more meat on low E side and tapers thinner toward the high E string side is the typical Wolfie profile. What's that? Skinny shredder? Have never played one.
