Just had this one in my shop today. Very cool guitar!
Good question! Why does it have both a heel adjust wheel and a truss rod cover?
That 12th fret inlay is super cool. Despite me thinking I should not like it.
It's got a couple of quirky things, the fake truss rod cover is just for looks, as are the pickup rings. The pickups are direct mounted. It also has a strap button mounted on the neck plate with an extra long screw. One of the things this customer asked me to do was to eliminate that in favor of a traditional top bout mounted button. That's all fine and dandy except when someone goes to do this and doesn't shorten the screw like I did, and sends it through the fretboard. Otherwise the guitar is very cool and the neck is similar to the old Wolfgang shape but a little wider and flatter down by the nut. Really comfy. I didn't get a chance to plug it in but my customer, who is a certified tone freak, says the pickups sound great.I don’t know anything about these, but looks cool. Haven’t seen a harmonica bridge in a long long time!

Excuse me, sir. That's an E-hole.That looks great! I dig the F-hole shape quite a bit. Wolfie has sounded great with those things both times I saw him in the last few months in totally opposite kinds of venues, a rock club and a stadium.
Excuse me, sir. That's an E-hole.
The only reason I know is because I happened to watch the video where Wolfie talks about it. Otherwise I wouldn’t have known either.I would never have guessed that was supposed to be an E
I thought maybe it was an M for Mammoth
