Regarding their TOS/9.2 i sent them an email this morning at 10:09GMT+1. Mail was sent to "MKFS electronics Gesellschaft mit beschränkter Haftung". In my mail i expressly informed them about the characteristics where guarantee is requested. So the only person/s who can answer is/are "MKFS electronics Gesellschaft mit beschränkter Haftung" only.

TL;DR: @Lorne Malvo i contacted them directly via official mail address they provide. So i just i wait their answer and will share result (the reply or no reply on next thursday). Until this i think it's unnecessary to continue this topic for me (or other folks), but i reserve my right to point them on this message.

Thats most logical & legit solution. Information from @Dom Mcsweeney have no legal value.

Technical presentation & datasheets (not requested but i will friendly accept them) are usually have small size. If the information you will share confirm specs from your website i could buy the device. So you will get my home address for DHL to send me an item.

Btw, from how in Germany attorneys are serving for tech docs / presentations? In my practice in France we're use them for TOS & Privacy purposes. Just curious.

I was actually going to buy a mint condition 59 Les Paul Standard from Normans Rare Guitars 4 years ago for $600 - at that price they insisted on it being a cash deal.

I wasn't sure about the particular type of Nickel compound and density used on a part of the 11th Fret.

I wrote to his registered LLC and asked for a full metallurgical spectral analysis of that and the surrounding frets - only the 10th and 12th mind you - I didn't want to come across as unreasonable.

Naturally as I was the potential buyer and he was the seller, he was obliged to arrange and pay for the test and supply me with the full written test report. I explained I must have the report in 7 days or I would cease expressing interest in considering thinking about possibly purchasing the guitar.

The report arrived 4 days late. So I didn't buy it.

Funny story, the 11th fret was only %86.32 nickel. Whew I thought. I had almost moved to the point of probably buying that dud.

To this day, I feel so sorry for the sucker that bought that guitar.

This can't be real. There is no customer on this planet who would ever dare to act like this. or so I thought.....

Demanding specs in this manner is just no way to behave in any imaginable scenario.
