I know toroidal transformers are uncommon in guitar amps (AFAIK certain laneys are the only mass produced amps using them in any models?) but I'm not necessarily sure as to why. I can't necessarily see any disadvantages on a surface level at least

My original Demeter TGA3 75 watter has one. I've owned many amps and it's the only one that does. The later Demeters don't. Oh well, can't wait to hear some of these Crab jobbies

FWIW Russia is definitely attempting to push up their conscription rates this year, hard to tell if it’s posturing or if they intent to escalate. Just something to keep an eye on as I recall operations weren’t far from the current front.

Everyone’s risk tolerance is different but that would make me nervous.

You pay a deposit upfront and then remainder once the unit is ready to ship. Unless shit hits the fan between final payment and shipping you'd only be out the deposit.

I talked to him a bit, he says he is safe for sure. I have a few hundred coworkers from and in the Ukraine and they are able to still get work done somehow. Anyway needs corners and should ship early next week.

He can do the MC II and MTL. He’s got both schematics from the Headfirst forums since those PCBs are available.

Now… how about a 2 channel with both?

Dude, depending on the day it’s a coin flip whether I want to get the MCII or MTL. Two channel kitchen sink might be the winning move. Haha
