Curt Mangan strings anyone?

Just found out they’re based in my home state, so figured I should give them a try. I’m about to put a set of nickel wound on my theatercaster and round core pure nickel on my LP.

Anyone use these? What do you think?

Well… I snapped a high E already. That does not bode well for these

Stringjoy, NYXL, and Paradigm I very rarely ever break a string.

They have a really nice slinky sort of feel to them and they sound great. But I have a fear of string breaks during shows

I like their round core strings. Small family owned USA business. You can get 1/2 sizes, 9.5-44.5, decent product.
For the $$, I like D&R BLUES, round wounds as a better overall deal.
