I recently went with the Line 6 G10SII, after considering the BOSS, although I love the way both of them operate.

Correction for the thread title: "WL-50", not "ML-50".

Sounds great, low latency (2.3ms), cable tone on/off, can be powered by AA batteries or standard pedal power 9v, has a pass through jack that if you plug into, takes over from the wireless (really nice if batter runs low you can plug in quick without recabling).
