I'm really tempted to gift myself one of these for Christmas, and i need a new practice amp right now like i need a hole in the head.

It successfully summons The Stank Face.

Overall I’m pretty happy with the X, will definitely pay off before the $3.19 a month for 48, but easy on my wallet via Sweetwater. FedEx shipping though. I don’t like those guys, sat in the mailroom for a day and a half before they told me it was here. It’s really cute too!

Something I threw together in GarageBand, all Mini X tones (except the bass and drums )….just horsing around today, will refine if this becomes something……

I’m not into this that much, although it looks cool, but just mentioning that I really liked the Katana 100 head. I wouldn’t have it as my main amp, but it was an awesome backup, super fun for what it is, and also made a decent power amp for a modeler.

I gigged the 100w 1x12 for years. On-the-edge with a pedal board, really works well in a cover band scenario.

I mean, on the rare chance that the band rehearses, (we rehearse VERY quietly, electronic drums and no vocal mics), I’m still using an old battery powered Cube, that I don’t love the sound of, might be time to upgrade.
