Boss DD-2 repair it or not?

I’ve got an old Boss DD-2 that recently crapped out. Minimum repair charge is $60 out of the gate. Thinking it might be the switch, but who knows.

Repair it or put the money into a Keeley Halo instead or do both?

I’m close to pulling the trigger on the Halo too. I’ve been letting that first batch with power issues flush out of the system.

I’m hesitant to sink money in any common pedal if it isn’t something I could fix myself. Almost more cost/time effective to buy another.

I’d get it fixed, and buy a Crazy Tube Circuits TI:ME.
