I picked up a used SYN-2 and the previous owner had removed (and lost) several of the screws in the unit. I contacted SYNERGY support about purchasing the replacements and they graciously send me ALL of the screws for the unit for free. A small gesture on their part that goes a long way. Much appreciated and thank you SYNERGY Amps!

I've sold a pedal with one of four screws missing; if you lose "several", you never should have been taking that thing apart in the first place!!

I think never losing anything and shipping a device completely devoid of screws for some reason are two very different things lol

The listing did not mention it would come missing almost all the screws that hold on the top of the unit. It’s all buttoned up now and looking like new.

Sheesh. That reminds me, I need 3 screws for the front of my Syn2. Came brand new without them. Was going to tell my sweetwater rep but got all caught up in the clean channel issue with my IICP instead.
