Best Dual Rectifier Tones

Every single clip I have heard of the reissue tells me it's a new rectifier version dressed like an old one.

It has a specific mid range that can't be shared once the gain is up.
You reckon? I think there is something about the MW having dedicated channels that loses something, I wonder if them tweaking the clean channel here had some knock on effect.

I can't really make a judgement tonally without trying in person, but I dig how they sound a lot and they look fucking killer. I kind of would have liked pointer knobs and a small logo but that's me being a dork. Every bit a recto to me.

Definitely possible it is caused by the clean channel adjustments.

Was testing some different power tube in my multiwatt today.

Straight in.

I’d have LOVED them to use the pointer knobs if only because it meant they had a new source for those parts. I’ve been trying to find pointers for my revision G for over a year.

This took way too long.

I'll refrain from posting Dogman, because everyone knows that.
Some kind of Marshall is supposedly blended in with the Recto. :idk

Apparently, Ty was not a fan of the Rectifier tones.

Ah, this is the first song that I’ve heard before in this thread. 😂

Who doesn't love sharing midranges? I share midrange with everyone. See the amp is a total non starter for me now that I hear it has un-shareable midrange at higher gain levels.
Hey man…I heard you might be sharing some midrange!??

I have no clue what I'm doing when it comes to recording so don't bash me too hard. I bought an SM57 and just plugged it into a Focusrite interface and recorded with my iphone... Yes the image is shaking - it was fucking loud LOL!!!

PS - low output PAFs straight in. Red gain about 2 o'clock.

EDIT: replaced with a hard panned version per some suggestions:

I mean, slight tuning issue aside, it sounds really damn good to me.

Not saying it doesn't sound good, just a different Recto flavor.

Doesn't sound like a 90s Recto to me.

IMO it is just marketing.
