So it looks like, bit by bit; my wrestling metal thing is coming together. I have the Boss XS100 for down-tuning that will hopefully work good enough for the task at hand.I have a 6 string I will keep in standard and I am looking at either a 7 string or a baritone. Or a 7 string baritone to do the truly chonky chonks

Most of the stuff is either Korn tuning in A (which I will most likely transpose up to B as long as it sounds good) or drop C/C# so between these two and maybe a single step down; I'll have it covered. I am currently debating whether I want to grab a baritone and live with 6 strings or if I want to take a leap of online faith and get a 7 string.
Baritone=longer scale, THICK strings
7 string=Wider neck and the extra string I kind of can't seem to wrap my head around. There apparently are 7 string baritones as well. Ooof.
Any thoughts on what makes more sense given what I want to do? I am going to grab something no matter if the WWF band never materializes as I have wanted something for uber heavies anyway.
