And on the Mark VII day they Boogied ...

“Comanche” and be done with it already.
Think about it, are you a disco freak kinda’ guy??
-then why do you have the word BOOGIE on your viscious amp(s)?
Some kinda esoteric joke?
Look, I’m all about it-
Boogie till you can’t boogie no’more.
Boogie Metal.
-at least install them upside down for the sake of Metal.💪

Just for you @Life Eats Life ...

I really like the look of the Mesa Engineering badges, but they don't offer one with the same screw hole alignment as the Boogie badges.

:facepalm

Oh well, ordered a set of Mesa Engineering badges.

Yep they are slightly larger, so they will cover one hole of the boogie badge while screwed into the other. You will be happy you did it!

I know there's this thing called confirmation bias, but the 1x12 open-back + 1x12 Thiele work extremely well together.

Mark IV mode crushes!

:cuss forgot it's a work day. More to come ...
Interesting. I gave away my Mark IV and 1x12 Thiele to a friend and his son. I never liked the 1x12 Thiele, at least alone.

Rest assured, I still have my 60 watt Mark IIC+. Never quite duplicated. Still one of my best amps. Bought it off ebay 20+ years ago for $700.

From here on out, it's like trying to make a better circle, or conic section of your choice.

Perhaps you'll swap everything out for exotic wood in a few years? That's about the only way up I can think from here. By then the Mark IX will be out, with 4 EQ sections.
Welcome to the forum!

My Mark VII is in it's final configuration for me. The only addition is it's sister, Beatrix...
