Achilles Last Stand? not so fast..

Been wearing one of these the past 5 days:

Today I need to replace the adhesive part of it which is a bit of a chore
and includes having to exfoliate the area. Basically rough up the skin first
with scotchbrite so the glue can stick real good.

Gotta say it works cause the little itchy f'cker hasn't budged a bit the past
5 days. Gotta do 14 total and then mail it back somewhere - they gave me
a whole kit (including the scotchbrite) with a pre-paid UPS label.

Ain't the 21st century cool? :facepalm

I can almost hear the chest hairs ripping off your skin as you remove this weeks monitor! I know, probably already shaved, but gotta get the jokes in here ;~)) Hope it gives some healthy readings for your condition!! I just visited my doctor yesterday for a kidney stone follow up and he gave me a 24 hour urine kit (to collect my urine for a full 24 hours straight) ;~)) Exciting times!!!

The 2 weeks of 24/7 heart monitoring turned up nothing as did the stress test I aced this morning.

So the catheter in my heart via my neck (tanking blood pressure) and the 4:00 am wake up ZAP! (fibrillation)
were both the result of the combination of dehydration and electrolyte imbalance caused by the C Diff.

A buddy was telling me his mom had gotten it a few years back and it nearly killed her too.

CAN'T STRESS IT ENOUGH PEOPLE!
