A/B - C/D pedal: does it exist?

Hi, I play live both bass and guitar (A and B, say), using the same pedalboard that goes to two different mixer inputs (C when playing bass and D when playing guitar, say). So, when switching from bass to guitar, I would like to have a pedal that switches the pedalboard from input A to input B, and from output C to output D, at the push of a button. I know I could achieve this result with two AB/Y pedals, but I am not interested in the Y part and besides this solution seems cumbersome. I wonder if such an A/B - C/D pedal exists, since I couldn't find any, even if it seems a fairly simple and useful idea.

Just to be clear: can I switch from bass to guitar by pushing a single button?

You could easily DIY that with one 3PDT switch

Edit: 3PDT switch if you want a LED to indicate the selection (and you also need a small battery to power the LED). If you don't want LED, you can simply use a 2PDT
