Cool FB memory today.

Jimi Hazel, OG guitarist for 24/7 Spyz is a long time bud from the Shawn Lane forum I use to run.
Spyz was doing their first west coast shows in a decade so me and my wife drove up and saw them at the
Viper Room on Hollywood Blvd. He invited me up to check out his new guitars after the show.

Funny story about the hats. He's hard core Yankees while I'm Red Sox and we'd never met in person so
I wore the Sox cap so he'd know me once I showed up. He wore a Yanks cap back just for laughs.
Was great, wife and I along with my daughter and boyfriend went back stage before the show and I walked up
to him and leaned over - he saw the cap and just busted laughing. Great night.

Very cool!

So few people are aware of them, and how amazing/unique they were and are.

Jimi even had a Signature Pedal with Keeley a few years back that is probably
more like a decade now.
