None of mine are centered on the tips. They're slightly down the finger, and they're all shifted toward the next smaller finger, the first finger being the most. My ring finger is the most centered.

I know this off-centered-ness is because I use my fingertips to mute the adjacent string.

I also have a minor one on the side of my first finger, next to my fingernail, where I hold the pick, and one on the knuckle of my fret-hand thumb, where it contacts the neck, from when I can't keep it resting directly behind the notes. Which is a little too often, since I actually have to trim it off with toe-nail clippers.

Fretting hand fingers are same as yours, and I have the picking hand index one, too. Fretting thumb does not, but because of issues I have with both my thumbs, I can't press it on the back of the neck unless I'm extremely careful.

Never thought about it before.

Mine on the first two fingers, are closer to the nail and tend to be off centered to the right....while my ring and pinky on my fretting hand are closer to the underside of my fingers, but centered...I find this very weird. I believe finger length and chord voicing usage is what really decides where they will form....but I'm not occupational therapist.🤷🏻‍♂️

I don’t really have any on my fingers.

My feet though……that’s definitely where you can see I’ve been working on them since I was 14.

None, visually. Although my fretting fingers compared to my picking fingers have less red/blood flow in them. So a well-done steak compared to a medium/medium well.
