Is the bass contour on a Reverend supposed to be this pronounced?

EDIT: I had to change the impedance on my Quad Cortex. The knob felt like it was rolling off volume altogether, more than just rolling off some bass.

The incorrect impedance setting was doing more than just making the bass contour not work right. It was affecting the whole tone.

Now that's fixed all I can say is Wow! The tone of this guitar is amazing and perfect for the jazz tone I was aiming towards.

Ok. Not really. The Wingman has its own awesome thing happening.
