It’s like going from playing bass to a guitar “wtf are these baby noodle strings”Back to my JP15 after playing my JR Cutlass 7-string a lot lately, and it feels tiny by comparison!

Nope. Never even thought about using ANY HB guitar before this one.Love it!
A core HB of some type is my bucket list/top priority and I’m thinking 2nd quarter 2026 it’s gonna happen…
Have you compared a spruce to an HB 1 or 2 before?
It’s mostly A what I fancy playing at the time thing.Ok Dave I see that you often change guitars, like multiple times a week or even multiple times a day , curious to know is it a mood thing? Or rather its for some purpose which requires x guitar ?

I know this question was directed at Dave, but I regularly play 3 to 5 different guitars (almost) every day. For me, yes, it is sometimes "a mood thing", sometimes for alternate tunings, sometimes for tone chasing with one of my amps or modelers, sometimes because of a broken string, loose jack, or scratchy pot, sometimes just to clear the dust off and check its setup.I see that you often change guitars, like multiple times a week or even multiple times a day , curious to know is it a mood thing? PRS SE DGT ExoticTop, as well as the NF3.
