And yes, I'm using it for gigs within the city limits whenever possible, too (even in winter). Everything I need easily fits in there.
In case it's not sufficient, this is the other option, a 2009 Skoda Fabia. Also our only family car (we're 4):

I'd love to buy a nice crago bike but I have no reasons to.
This is why I opted for a Tacoma instead of a giant truck, it’s about as big as I’d want a vehicle to be really. I like/need the truck bed for outdoor activities lolYou folks in north america drive abusurdly large veichles, you know that right?
I drive one of these

Public transport works well in the cities I've lived in
It's honestly gotten pricy over the past few years. Varies by zone, and then you have things like monthly tickets that cost less. What's the roundabout price for a public transport city flatrate over there?
In the city I live in, it costs me 2.8€ for a single ticket valid for 1.5h. You can use it on the tram, bus, train as long as it's within the the specific zones you select before buying. The zones are a "the further away from downtown the more expensive the ticket" type deal but the ticket I mentioned is enough to take me from home to downtown (about 8km distance) so works for me.
