What are we drinking now?

Scotch keeps going up in price, like everything else, but I think more so.

So, I've been a bit mad that I gave up home brewing when we moved to GA. I did some research, and wow, things have changed in 7/8 years! Fermenting under pressure with a spunding valve, oxygen free transfers from fermenter-->keg, all-in-one brew systems, and way more.

The pressure fermenting was the biggest change, I used to ferment for a month, now it's 7 days for the stuff I like (APA and IPA).

I got the equipment I needed and a kegerator, and the pic below is my 3rd batch, an American Pale Ale. It's pretty damn good!

That's awesome, Dave.

The singer in the band I play in does both the home distilling and brewing thing.

I have been trying to get him to do some Stouts or Porters.... but he is on the American
and Indian Pale Ale bandwagon.
