Vietnamese SG intonation problem

The scale length is supposed to be 25.5
With the saddles All the way back, she measures
25.

I've set neck relief, string height at 12 th fret.
New strings 10's
Will not intonate low e at the 12th fret is
D flat no matter where the saddles are?

flip the bottom three saddles over so the flat side is towards the pickup and push them as far up as you can. it MAY be jacked... but ive never met one that just couldnt be intonated.

Ah. Then surely the scale length would match the Gibsons at 24.75, not 25.5?

Just intonate it as you find it with a tuner . Measure nut to 12 and double it for the approximate starting point if you feel the need . It won’t be 25.5” though.

I tried the saddles both ways.
