Two Notes GENOME hardware, amateur product manager edition

Late to the party, but I have to mention it:
Global blocks. Blocks that you assign to a group, slap a sort of "overlay" on top or whatever (there's various possible solutions), but regardless of how it's done, whenever you wish, these global blocks should stay the same when switching presets and when you edit one, those edits should automatically be reflected in all patches using the block.

In addition, as it hasn't been mentioned yet: The thing should be able to run two full signal paths.

And yet another thing: It should come with endless encoders featuring proper parameter readouts (either on the display or via LED rings).
Thanks for the suggestions - consider it all noted down and sent to our team now! :)

A well thought out Genome hardware unit would be very interesting! Done correctly, it would probably scare the shit out of a lot of competitors.

Imagine a Monday morning meeting @ the IK headquarters...

Fix the GUI!!

Well actually, I can live with the current Tonex GUI (with all its flaws). I'd rather have improvements like:
- better input headroom (a max input of around 8 dBu or so [never officially confirmed] with the input trim AFTER the ADC, is not sufficient).
- yes; better aliasing performance. I'm glad they removed the obvious lie from their marketing blurb, but now I want them to actually work on the issue.
- other hardware improvements, like a higher sampling rate than 44.1, digital IO, FX loop, stereo IO, enough footswitches to accommodate the needs (depending on what's included in box wrt FX etc.) +++

And of course, I'd like to have less of the general notion that you as a paying customer always get screwed the next month or quarter - IK always seem to make you regret your last order, don't they?

Yeah, all of those ideas are good. I can’t believe there’s an issue with the input. No loop was always a deal breaker for me too.

Well from our side it's all super info to have on file for our hardware portfolio! Thanks so much for this guys — we really do appreciate it!
