My beat to hell '69 ES-335. I bought it sight-unseen out of the back of the Vintage Guitar magazine classifieds in 1996.
Absolutely stunning with that Deluxe.View attachment 56323

Thanks! It's a '65 that I bought from Emerald City about 15 years ago. It supposedly belonged to Heart.Absolutely stunning with that Deluxe.
Some buckers and P90 Gibsons.

I want a P90 Goldtop so bad. And I’d play nothing but social distortion on it.
Wow! That's Sweeet!
I had a Resissue Walnut 335 that I sold a few years ago.

Guy came over to look at one guitar and then made me a stupid offer on all of
my Gibsons.![]()

For sure man. That guitar is BRIDGE pickup !I want a P90 Goldtop so bad. And I’d play nothing but social distortion on it.
Those TDW necks were incredibly skinny! I measured the nut on mine and it's 40.7mm. Not much depth on those necks, either, but they feel pretty round, super fast. Not Ibanez Wizard skinny, no? :lol But also not vintage 50s thick either. I think it
had the 60s' Slim Taper profile from Gibson, which I pretty much can't stand, and
one of the reasons it was easy to part with the guitar.
I don't want teensy necks on vintage-inspired guitars....![]()
