Strymon Iridium not recognized

Hey all,

Finally got into diving into my Strymon Iridium and third party IRs. Interface and firmware update were all successful. Fairly simple to do. Out of curiosity I wanted to test the ease of resetting to factory in case I decide to sell this pedal. Went through the process of factory reset (hold down ON/plug in/sweep MIDDLE knob twice). Now, the pedal is not recognized by the interface.



Thoughts?

I'd try the usual stuff: Doing the factory reset again, reboot computer, reinstall the Strymon software, try a different cable. Try the Nixie 2 beta version and see if that recognizes the pedal.

I am not 100% confident but I might have gotten this on some Strymon before and just restarting the pedal by removing plug and plugging back in fixed it.
