Let me know what speakers you have that you want to get rid of. Since I'm in FL too it may not be too much to ship if you want to sell them. I have quite a few G12T-75's laying around. I like them a lot like you do, but want to add some additional flavors to my sound.

They all generally sound good in the mix? As far as 'non-traditional' choices; I like the WGS Veteran 30, the Eminence Governor and the Fane A60. The Redback and EVs sound terrible as do the Jensens.

Absolutely! They’ll definitely be going for CHEAP as I just want to get rid of them and there’s only maybe 4 in that pile I want to keep, 6 at the most.

Definitely preferred the Chinese V30 to the UK one. For this style of speaker, I liked the Governor over the UK V30 too.
I was pretty surprised by the V-Type; I feel like I always hear bad things about it, but I like it a lot.
G12H Anniversary was good too, and I'm a big fan of that speaker for myself, but I was surprised that I didn't like it as much with this tone. I liked it a lot more in your Classic Rock speaker comparison from a few days ago! The V30 sounded great there too.
And yeah, the EVM-12L did not sound great here, just as it also didn't in that last video. I know those speakers are supposed to sound excellent clean, and I'm sure you could make it work with different EQ though.
The Amperians sounded cool.
The Jensen Silverbird was one of those things that I thought worked pretty well in the mix, but I haaaated isolated.

The thing about speakers in general, if you aren't Celestion; you really need to bring your prices down if you want people to get into what you're selling.
Looking at the non-Celestion speakers that caught my ear would still be ~$150 per speaker to swap out. Why would I swap a (generally) same priced Celestion out that I know and have played in person for a non-returnable crap shoot from some other brand? YT vids are good for listening to things but no substitute for actually running your own rig(s) through whatever it is getting demo'd.

I can't believe the differences between the UK vs China V30: UK has midrange and sounds full, while the China one sounds scooped and fizzy. Surprisingly, the Karnivore sits in between, I expected it to lean more toward the British version.

If you are considering speaker swapping in the first place, that's usually reason enough.
Granted, it's often easier to just buy another cab with the speakers you want as that's typically cheaper than buying brand new speakers. But for less popular models that's not so easy.
Watching @GuitarJon's video I at least feel a bit wiser about what I might like if I find the right speakers on the used market.
I've been tempted to pick up at least another Celestion Gold, maybe throw it together with a V30. I liked the Eminence Maverick I had but felt my Bogner at the time was the wrong amp for it because it didn't have enough treble on tap to make it the best pairing.

I actually prefer the Chinese V30, I feel in the full mix it cuts better and the fizziness is not that noticeable. I say this often but I love that speaker so much! The new UK one isn't bad but it's pretty murky, it just doesn't "cut" enough for my taste. The 2023 Chinese made one is just perfection for me. That's the last speaker I'd sell out of all my speakers.
This is so cool and interesting! The "playing live" vs "in the mix" point of view. There's no right or wrong - or at least I'm not saying that I'm right
But: I would EQ the shit out of the UK V30 for it to sit in the mix properly. The same that I would do for a snare drum for example, a bass drum, bass guitar, cymbals, etc... In my experience it's easier to add presence than trying to get rid of the harshness or fizziness in a tone.
That Chinese V30 must be nasty when playing in front of your cab, like ripping your ears apart, no ?
(Again, not judging anyone here, simply curious.)

2 days or so. The Grossmann cab makes speaker swaps very easy.

The mics are on their own booms that I can very easily move out of the way. I've put markers on the cab with painter's tape so that I can always put them back in the same positions.

That's the opposite of mine. It is a piece of piss to remove presence and harsh frequencies. But a lot harder (read: impossible) to add what simply isn't there.
