This.It's not that mini, but see if you can find a Yamaha THR100HD for a reasonable price. It's a good sounding amp with a whole pile of quirks.
Otherwise you might be better off picking a digital modeler pedal like a Strymon Iridium etc and some compact poweramp.

I am so the opposite end of the spectrum from this line of thought it isn’t even funny. I’ve owned a bunch of the mini amps, and honestly EL84 amps just don’t have the meat and potatoes that the big bottle amps have.I like the idea of a single channel tube amp that's low wattage and has some cool bells and whistles.
