Riffler is just a random note generator that has a lot of custom filter options. It's just as much a creative tool as is writing notes on flashcards and pulling them from a hat, yet I see no one protesting the use of flashcards. It's a tool to help brainstorm or generate simple lines and melodies quickly.

Apparently there are very "smart" people who were never taught the simple value of just because you can, doesn't mean you should.

Humans in general were never taught that. Or in case they were, they didn't learn it. Humans try out everything technically possible. Always. Even if it's a bad idea straight from the start.

On topic, if you listen to any of the average garbage on Soundcloud, it's just as bad as AI, since most of it is a human blatantly stealing from another human, without the artistic sense to make it into something authentically new.

But since Riffler's Mom isn't AI, this isn't that. Cue the further thread derailment in 3... 2...
