Reverb (Store) Issues

I've been having this issue for awhile now with Reverb. I only use the Android app so maybe that's why it isn't working well.

Anyway, it seems to struggle on pulling gear you search for. For example, let's say you were looking for an Axe FX III. If you type that in the search bar, you get 1 listing and it's a replacement board.

However, if you type Axe Fx-iii you get 20 results.

I would like to think it would just pull all the results together but it seems to be so picky on searches that it is very easy to not get the entirety of a product.

Anyone else have this issue?
 
I’ve noticed that too, one thing I discovered is that sometimes it automatically selects a category on search and filters to only show items in that category instead of showing all matching items in all categories.

If a search for something like FM9 only returns a couple results check the filters and make sure it’s not filtering to a specific category.
 
Yeah it’s a pain in the ass, as you’ll get a different set of results depending on if you use the common name, versus the “official” name that they seemingly prep-populate for a lot of items. I have a couple saved searches using different name variants of the same thing. :wat
