In general, many of the import guitars are so much better now than just 5+ years ago. I had a MIM player plus that was awesome, but I just don't bond with strats. I keep trying but once the new wears off, they sit around collecting dust. I just sold it and bought a new Epi 59 LP and it is crazy good with Gibson Burstbuster PU's and updated 50's wiring. So much better than the Epi LP I had from the 90's, more expensive but what isnt these days, lol?

I may try a Tele next time my brain thinks it wants a Strat
