I just bought a USB tester. I’m going to check the Kemper and I’ll report back. No ground loop noise so far though which was a concern.

* In 2021, USB-IF published the PD 3.1 specification, officially called Extended Power Range (EPR). At the same time, it updated the USB Type-C cable requirements to handle the higher voltage.
