I had a hunch but I didn't know for sure. Looks like the USB port on the Kemper Stage will send power to external devices. I plugged in my Morningstar MC-8 and it powered up perfectly and works without issue. Very cool!
I just bought a USB tester. I’m going to check the Kemper and I’ll report back. No ground loop noise so far though which was a concern.
