I was just watching the latest episode of Tone Talk on YouTube. Dave Friedman said he's not a fan of Nuno and could never understand the hype about him. Does anyone know if there is more to the story?

My wild guess is Dave didn't like something Nuno said or did. Either he heard it 2nd hand from another musician's experience, or something he said about Friedman that got back to him? Who knows. Dave said he never met him personally though.
Doesn't really matter. If Dave doesn't like him that's his business. But to say he doesn't get Nuno's popularity as a guitarist? It's easy to get. Dude can play his ass off.
