Ordered the Lichtlaerm Audio The Key & The Gate noise gate pedal, will receive it within the next 1-2 days. I‘m really looking forward to it!

@Lichtlaerm Audio One question: The product page states that the pedal is true bypass while the demo videos on YouTube mention an integrated buffer with an audible treble boost. Has the circuit changed since the aforementioned videos?

Oh, and BTW... 1000th post, huzzah!

Do you still own this? I was reading that there is an internal boost in it, (not sure why you’d want to use a gate as a boost) but there is an internal pot you can adjust for it. Maybe that’s the “treble boost” you mentioned.

No, I don‘t. I sent it back because of an audible low cut in the signal path.
