Video of THIS EXACT GUITAR - SERIAL NUMBERS MATCH from Musician's Friend in Jan 2015:

Initial impression is OMG, my new favorite guitar! It is in absolutely perfect, like new condition and plays great out of the box. I could not be more excited or happier about this score!!!

The store that was selling it said in the ad "We don't call anything Mint, but this is about as Minty as one could expect an 11-year-old guitar to be!". I hate it when people use the word "Mint", but it could have been used for this one! Absolutely flawless ;~)) All orig paperwork, truss rod tool, case lock, etc. Everything that came with it new. They had said it was from a collector who did not play it and now that it is in hand, I believe it 100% (I did have my doubts).

Ordered it Tuesday morning, delivered to me Thursday afternoon!

That's purdy!

Wait a minute - I thought it had locking tuners?

How do you like the gloss neck? Not too sticky?
Those are the PRS locking tuners, Phase III. The black top screws down onto the string to lock it in place.

As for the neck, my other 3 PRSi (McCarty 594 HBII WL, CU24, PS CU24) have the same finish and none of them have ever become sticky. Now I do wash my hands before playing any guitar, and after each play I wipe the guitar down and put it in it's case, so there is that. But no sticky problems with any of my 4 PRSi with the gloss necks ;~))

Right but wrapping string around the post kinda defeats the purpose the locking tuners, no?
You know, I talked to the seller about that today. It is a factory authorized dealer but they were selling it on consignment and he did not know why it was done that way. I explained to him that PRS has a video that shows to not wrap it, but he had nothing to offer on who strung it or why they did that. All good, no harm done (I am going to replace the strings soon). Sorry I did not pick up on why you were pointing that out, but I get it now.
