NGD: Ibanez JS1200

Dude, when I picked up my JEM and we were driving back to Staten Island from Manny’s I had the case opened in my lap in the backseat and I was trying to get the bar in, having never even pushed a bar into a LoPro before, never mind a new one. I was so frustrated and thinking it was broken my dad was practically yelling at me from the front seat to calm down and wait until we got home. :rofl

Hah - yeah it basically went something like this

I want to try one of the carbon fiber bars but can’t bring myself to drop $100 on one.
Yeah same.

As for the bushings, you probably already know this but you can hold a lighter up to them and get them to warp a little and get a few more months out of them. I went about a decade doing that with the same two bushings and then eventually I just started wrapping some teflon tape around the whole section where the bushings are and it’s good to go for quite a while.
I did try that on the old bar and it did help a bit but they where making a very annoying <creeek> sound not to mention the paint was flaking of.
